The Get ‘em all out Kit consists of two surgical cutters (two pieces each in different lengths) as well as five manual instruments and has been specifically designed for minimally invasive and predictable tooth extraction in simple to complex cases. Thanks to its coordinated workflow, it is suitable for both beginners and experienced users.

Using the included manual instruments and cutters, teeth can be sectioned interradicularly, crowns can be decapitated, and even root tips can be exposed via intra-alveolar osteotomy. The focus is on maximum bone preservation with regard to subsequent implant placement.

The ergonomic handle design of the luxation instruments ensures controlled and safe handling. Remaining fragments can be easily and safely removed using the root fragment remover and tweezers. A sharp spoon excavator is used for the final cleaning of the extraction socket.
