Polyamid is a synthetic monofilament non-absorbable sterile surgical suture made from a copolymer of Polyamide 6 and Polyamide 6/6. The suture is available in a wide variety of length – diameter combinations attached to high quality medical grade stainless steel of different sizes and types. Manufactured according to the requirements of the European Pharmacopoeia for sterile Polyamide 6 sutures and with the essential requirements of the directive 93/42/EEC.
