OTEC EF-One

The OTEC EF-One is a fully automated electropolishing device specifically developed for processing CoCr and Titanium materials in dental and orthodontic laboratories. It uses an electrolytic process for targeted smoothing, polishing, and edge rounding of dental workpieces. The device features intelligent control that automatically recognizes the inserted media container and activates appropriate programs. It offers eight pre-installed programs, guide-through menu, quick media change, and can process one casting part or up to four orthodontic elements simultaneously. The system eliminates the need for polishing or acid baths, providing an environmentally friendly and safe alternative with brilliant results.
