Omega Loop Plier - Piece

Traditional plier to make omega stops in a few quick steps: 1- Put a mark on the wire where the distal part of the stop will end. 2- Hold the plier so the vertical part will be DOWN for a mandibular stop and UP for a maxillary stop. In Fig. 2, the plier is positioned to form a stop for the LR6. Place the mark on the bottom distal beak relative to the molar*; in this case on the lower right beak. 3- Squeeze the plier to form a nice U-shape loop. 4- Place the loop in the perpendicular slot of the plier and squeeze to the desired size, and... 5- The loop is ready. 6- Shows actual measurement of loop.
