The Megalux LED unit is an innovative light polymerisation unit designed with implementation of the most recent findings in LED technology. By using high-performance LEDs as light source emitting in the blue light spectrum, light polymerisation is rendered possible for almost all popular light curing dental materials, including composite filling materials, adhesives, fissure sealants and light curing cements. The unit features cordless operation via built-in lithium-ion battery, integrated fanless cooling block for silent operation, and an integrated radiometer in the charging pod for checking LED lamp light intensity.
