Dental floss with charcoal. Instructions for use: Cut approximately 50cm of dental floss, wrap most of it around the ring finger, leaving 3 to 5 cm of floss to work with. Hold the floss taut between the thumbs and index fingers, and slide it gently up and down between the teeth. Curve the floss gently around the base of each tooth, making sure it passes below the gum line. Never hit or force the floss as it can cut or damage delicate gingival tissue. Use clean sections of floss as you move from tooth to tooth. To remove the floss, use the same back and forth movement, pulling it up and away from the teeth.
