Extra flat dental floss tape for cleaning between teeth and below the gum line. Instructions: Cut approximately 50cm of floss, wrap most of it around the ring finger, leaving 3-5cm to work with. Hold the floss taut between thumbs and index fingers, and slide it gently up and down between teeth. Curve the floss gently around the base of each tooth, ensuring it passes below the gum line. Never strike or force the floss as it can cut or injure delicate gingival tissue. Use clean sections of floss as you move from tooth to tooth. To remove, use the same back and forth motion, pulling it up and away from the teeth.
