Casting Sprues "EM"

Casting sprues with reservoir featuring ideal flow shape resulting in homogeneous casting structure without cavities or shrinkholes. The al dente casting sprues "EM" with a sprue's head diameter of 6–7–8 mm are used for precious metal alloys. al dente casting sprues "NEM" with a sprue's head diameter of 7–8–9 mm and an increased cross-section of the sprue are especially used for vacuum pressure castings, non-precious alloys and precious-metal reduced alloys. Features reshaping of the ball to technically ideal shape of flow (the nozzle) with reduced swirling of injected alloy. Easy and metal-saving removal after casting due to 3 mm tube diameter and concave reservoir shape. Results in homogenous texture without cavities. Easiest waxing of the sticks by soaking.
