The Black mask comprises three layers, two non-woven, and the white melt is a blown filter inside. The inner layer is thinner than the outer layer to be more comfortable against the face. Its results in uneven coloring (mottling/streaking) where the white shows through the coating. It is not a chemical residue and does not affect the mask's quality, functionality, or safety.
