Adesso Split adapter for transfer stand - SAM

Adapter to transfer registrations from the Amann Girrbach facebow to a SAM articulator. A SAM adapter plate is mounted in the universal transfer stand. Height and symmetry differences between Girrbach and SAM are compensated.
