Zirkonpolierer (Zirconium oxide polisher) - a specialized 2-step polishing system designed for zirconium oxide in the dental laboratory. Uses diamond-impregnated polishers to achieve adequate surface densification of zirconium oxide after final corrections. The turquoise-yellow polishers are used for pre-polishing and the pink-yellow polishers for high-gloss polishing. Results achieve a gloss finish equivalent to a glaze firing, eliminating the need for additional time-intensive firing processes. Can be used for minor corrections during patient insertion in a single session.
