A modular system offering a complete lighting solution for disposable endoscopes. As a plug-and-play product family, SCHOTT® SingleEZ enables quick and simple installation for high volume production with no specific fiber optic knowledge required. The system features proven glass fiber technology adapted for single-use illumination, effective heat management through fiber optic separation of light source from tip to scope, optimized efficiency through reduced diameter enabling ultra-thin endoscopes, enlarged spectrum for improved tissue differentiation, customizable output geometry to reduce hot spots, and a beam angle of up to 120° matching camera capturing angles for shadow-free illumination.
