External lift control (external sinus floor elevation), BTL00
Hager & Meisinger · #79BTL00
External-Lift-Control is a system designed for the straightforward execution of an external sinus lift. After lateral access through the fascial wall of the maxillary sinus, the Schneiderian membrane is carefully dissected and lifted cranially from the floor of the maxillary sinus using various hand instruments. Subsequently, a suitable graft material can be placed beneath the Schneiderian membrane. The sandblasted, silver-matte hand instruments allow for glare-free working.
