The sinus curette #2 "Palti" in F-LINE SUPER LIGHT design measures 3.5 mm / 3.5 mm. It is double-ended and has a length of 171 mm.Application: The sinus curette is used for vertical nasal floor elevation in the upper jaw during sinus lift procedures. With the curette, the Schneiderian membrane can be detached from the bone - this is further facilitated by the sharp working ends. Alternatively, sinus lift elevators can be used to prevent injuries, as their working ends are only semi-sharp.
