Tissue level implant for pterygoid region with internal hex prosthetics platform. For pterygomaxillary region (posterior region of the atrophic maxilla), self tapping, high primary stability, reduces adherence of perio-pathogens thus minimizes the chances for inflammation, and reduced pressure on neck portion.
