The design allows four luxation movements, two in the mesial and two in the distal direction, through a 180° rotation of the instrument. During the luxation process, 5-7 hypomochlies (rotational and supporting movements) are performed, making it clearly superior to conventional levers. The serrated edge of the instrument further promotes dislocation. Axial levering stress on the instrument tips can lead to fracture. The Pivot-Point instruments are not suitable for axial levering use. Non-compliance with the instructions for use can lead to breakage. We cannot accept any liability for such damage!
