Ein auf Xanthangummi und Chlorhexidin basierendes Gel für die subgingivale Anwendung bei der Behandlung periimplantärer Erkrankungen. Enthält Chlorhexidindigluconat (0,5 %), Chlorhexidindihydrochlorid (1 %) und Xanthangel (0,5 %). Das Gel ermöglicht eine verlängerte Freisetzung von Chlorhexidin über ca. 30 Tage, wobei Chlorhexidindigluconat Konzentrationen >100 μg/ml für 6–9 Tage erreicht und Chlorhexidindihydrochlorid eine anhaltende antimikrobielle Wirkung für die darauffolgenden Wochen bietet.
